Welcome to Mature Market Insurance Services. we were founded in January 2010. Our agency serves the Duneland , Michiana, and SW Michigan communities. My name is Chris McNamara and I am the owner along with my wife Ruth who helps run our agency and is also an agent. Originally from the Indianapolis area, I have lived in the area since 1980 and my wife was born here in NW Indiana. We have 2 grown kids, a grandson and a dog.

We love living in this community. We love SW Michigan as well as the Michiana area. We enjoy going to Lake Michigan, hiking and biking the many trails that exist. There is even a national canoe trail, Dunes State Park and America’s newest national park; Indiana Dunes National Park, in our backyard. With the South Shore Railroad at hand, Chicago and Michiana are both easily accessible too.

In my prior life, I served as an Indiana Conservation Officer for 30+ years. During that time I also served in the Indiana Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserves. My wife left the hustle and bustle of Chicago after a 30-year career there to enjoy the more leisurely pace of Chesterton.

We are licensed in Indiana and Michigan. Our office is in Chesterton about 1 block south of downtown. Our office is handicap accessible but we also can meet at your home or even online if that is more convenient for you. Although we are senior market specialists, we do offer other products such as individual health insurance.

We are in the field quite a bit, meeting with clients and helping them with their insurance needs so calling first might be a good idea just in case.
